Agreement to terms
By accessing and using ConvenientHouse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of service
ConvenientHouse provides neighborhood convenience intelligence tools, including address-based searches for nearby grocery stores, pharmacies, hardware stores, and warehouse clubs. We analyze and score the convenience of locations based on proximity and coverage of essential services.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Use automated systems to access the Service excessively or in ways that disrupt service
- Copy, modify, or distribute content from the Service without permission
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
User accounts and responsibility
While the Service does not require account creation, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials
- All activities that occur under your access to the Service
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ConvenientHouse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Data accuracy and limitations
Important: ConvenientHouse provides convenience information for general guidance purposes only. You acknowledge that:
- Store data may not always be current or complete
- Convenience scores are subjective assessments based on our methodology
- Information should not be the sole basis for major decisions
- We recommend verifying important information independently
- Real estate decisions involve many factors beyond convenience
Third-party services
Our Service integrates with third-party data providers. Your use of the Service may be subject to additional terms and conditions of these providers. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party services.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ConvenientHouse makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall ConvenientHouse, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ConvenientHouse and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
